While at SPG I had the opportunity to be the Art Director to refresh Browning’s wallet collection. With the help of Ashley Woodard (the project manager) Ryan Kiel, Austin Beckstrom, and Jenny Helmer, we developed a total of 19 wallets all with refreshed packaging. Market groups ranged from the rugged outdoorsman/woman, classic consumer, and youth.
Product highlights include a custom “Buckmark Camo” interior fabric, Mossy Oak Break-Up Infinity and Pink camo accents, metal trim and custom embossed diamond pattern.
The packaging was made to range across multiple retail lines such as counter top and hanging merchandising. Natural textures such as rope and kraft board were used to appeal to an outdoor crowd while a spot UV was added to the Browning logo to give it a more upscale appeal.
