Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q is an Atlanta mainstay, cooking up Texas style ‘que since 2004. Working to refresh the identity while keeping the original star logo, the client wanted to keep the black and white palette, but agreed that it could be refocused and refined. A more authentic, no non-sense, do-it-yourself, somewhat utilitarian direction was developed. Hand done illustrations were created to communicate the hands-on process of BBQ. The packaging was redesigned to be a more cohesive unit while maintaining a bold simplicity that would stand out on grocery store shelves. Unfortunately the packaging system was not produced in this form.
