Belmuž is a dairy product typical of villages in the region of southeast Serbia, made from milk coming from autochthonous local breed of sheep and other finest locally-sourced ingredients. Sadly, the local producers do not have the skills necessary to brand and market such a special, delicate cheese product, which opened the opportunity for our collaboration with the local municipality to brand, pack and market this exquisite product.
