Yannis Prodromou is an olive farmer and enterpreneur from Chalkidiki, Greece. In 2014 he produced the first ever early-harvest olive oil with the newly introduced PDO certification ‘Agoureleo Chalkidikis’. Moved by the vision to elevate Greece’s wealth of food tradition and wanting to address foreign markets, he commissioned Oxhouse to produce the branding and packaging of his company.
